Ummm strange

If it is taking my heart rate from a face scan why is it necessary to put finger over camera lens. Seems Ive seen other apps that get heart rate from camera. R u sure ur not just dressing up one of those apps with face scan u know to differentiate ur app
Scanned a pic of my dead wife with my finger over the camera lens& she has the same heart rate as me-but I felt exhilarated thats shes back with us again. I also checked on what is going on with cardio buddy at the USA App Store and apparently the message from the search says its not one of the app offerings-so why did it disappear there but not here
